Join me for Rawrcast this Friday, 7/29

rawrcast

For reasons completely beyond my comprehension, Fondre over at Rawrcast has invited me to be a guest on their Healing Round Table Event, taking place this Friday at 9PM CDT. So, I’m inviting you all to join in the fun (excitement? party? I don’t know, I’ve only ever done one podcast before!) this Friday as we do a live session to talk about all things healing. I’ll be joining a distinguished group including:

I’ve been promised a good time, and I know these guys aim to deliver. So pop by, toss out a question or two, or just listen to us completely geek out. At worst, you’ll have something to tease me about for ages, and at the best you might actually learn a thing or two. Look forward to seeing you all there.

I haven’t listened to the podcast before. Is there a recorded version you can listen to after? I have to work that night. /cry

    • Podcasts can be downloaded from iTunes or from the Rawrcast website.
I used to listen to this all the time, but got kinda over it. But will listen in for the healing round table
      Turtle´s last post ..Ragnaros down.

  6. I second this comment will it be uploaded anywhere …

9pm CDT is essentially 2-3 am for us folks in Europe

and while i love shamanining if im awake at that time on a friday evening its accompanied by a fair ammount of wine ;-P

  7. Bawksy

Boo, I have to get up super early on Saturday, so it’s too late for my European butt. Any chance it could be recorded and re-posted? That would be pretty awesum.

  8. Thromean

Rawrcast is available via RSS and Itunes similar to many other wow podcasts.

  9. Anyone that reads your blog knows you bring it!

Bring some beer or other drinks and join us live

If you have some shaman specific healing questions, don’t give Vixsin a head start just email them to me Fondrewow (at) gmail before the show!

  10. Pomma

Any chance you are recording this for those of us that cant log in at that hour?

  11. Kireon

Great Job tonight Vixsin, I listened to the whole show.

  12. Grakthon

It was an interesting roundtable and you certainly represented the class very well.

  13. Missed it :( Is there anywere I can hear it?

  14. Here’s a direct link to one of the many stream formats: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/16321973

  15. Sekul

    Holy Crap!!! You’re a chick?

    • Or maybe …. a dude with a very, very good voice synthesizer. :-P

      • Sekul

For some reason, I had this mental image of you being a man. I now have to analyze my psyche to try and determine how sexist I actually am.

        I blame society. :P

        • Just think of me as a good Resto Shaman and you’ll be set; because believe you me, my sex is probably one of my least noteworthy qualities.

    • Aegle

It’s okay, Vixsin – I always read your shaman wisdom as a part of the female race. Only a fellow girl could teach these boys how to play!

  16. Enjoyed it Immensely , I guess my terrible English prejudice’s forced me to chuckle at quite southern paladin made , the idea of a Holy Crusader from the deep south . >.<

Another fun-ism will be that I'll now hear you're voice pouring out of the screen at me when I read the comment's here .

    • Glad to hear it!

However, as demonstrated by the cast, the only thing my voice results in is protracted silences after I finish talking. So, clearly, if you’re looking for a way to fall asleep at your keyboard … it seems my droning on about shaman issues is the perfect solution! :-P

Hi Vixsin, just finished listening it…as I could not make it on Friday -.- I enjoyed the whole podcast with several cups of Yode (very delicious Costa Rican Coffee) and I gotta say I learnt a lot from all of you. Kudos for stepping up for the Shaman Community….yah we all knew they were gonna asked you about the “no shammy on the 1st world???…again???” thingy…jeje…well thanks again for participating on that delightful Podcast. It was really nice to get to know a little better to who has been my “Shaman Guru” for the past 6 months…

Gotta say you do bring the sexy with your shammy…forgive you me..(as you would say) you have a very sexy shammy voice…I see it coming /facepalm

    Thank you again Vixsin!

    Hey,

Just listening to the stream now, very interested how low was the spirit that you were emailed about?

I only ask because I run a very low amount of spirit and depend heavily on very high WS uptime, extremely low overhealing and TC usage (10 man HM’s)

    Cheers,
